How we work
In Sarasota the air outside is humid for much of the year, so a house depends on its air conditioning, its roof and its plumbing to stay dry. When one of them slips, mold is quick to follow.
That is why we start by finding the water, not by scrubbing a stain. A leak, a sweating duct or a fan that vents into the attic has to be dealt with first, or the mold comes back.
When material has to come out, we seal the room, filter the air and remove only what is affected. When we leave, the space is dry, checked with the meter and swept.
